Most attendees are flying in from another continent. Here's what you need to work out before you book.
The venue
Pokhara Event Center
Three days at the foot of the Annapurnas, a short walk from Pokhara's lakeside.
The full address, floor plan and map are released to registered attendees ahead of the festival.
How to reach Pokhara
Most international attendees arrive via Kathmandu (KTM), then continue to Pokhara (PKR) by air or road.
- Fly into Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu
- Onward to Pokhara by domestic flight or by road through the hills
- Pokhara International Airport (PKR) also handles selected regional flights
Visa information
Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival in Nepal. Requirements change, so confirm your own case with Nepal's Department of Immigration before booking travel.

- Bring a passport valid for at least six months
- We can supply a letter of invitation for registered attendees on request

Accommodation
Voyager and Adventure passes include three nights of 3-star accommodation; the Legend Pass includes four nights of 4-star. Explorer Pass holders arrange their own stay.
